Important Information
All signers must present valid, government-issued photo identification prior to notarization. We carefully verify identity and record all signings in our official notary journal as required by New York State law.
Documents must NOT be signed before the notary is present. If a document has been signed in advance, it must be re-signed in front of the notary. We cannot notarize pre-signed documents.
